Can I use it for dilapidations or party wall work?
Not as standard: Report Metric drafts snagging and condition reports. Another report type can be built to your format as a bespoke report type, £950 one-off.
Do I need to change how I survey?
No. Recording the walk-round in Note Metric helps, but typed notes and photos work too.
